ICT Intern

We are seeking an ICT Intern who will provide end-user helpdesk support, manage workstation setups, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining IT asset inventories and strict data security.

Education Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students are welcome).

Technical Skills: Strong technical and analytical abilities to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.

Communication & Support: Solid interpersonal skills to assist with helpdesk requests, workstation setups, and general ICT operations.

Data Integrity & Documentation: High attention to detail when managing equipment inventories/asset documentation and handling sensitive customer and financial data with confidentiality.

Key Areas of Focus: End-user support, network connectivity, cybersecurity awareness, data backup and recovery, and IT documentation.
