We're seeking an Events & Experience Coordinator who will turn our values into moments people can taste, touch and remember. That means producer showcases, community drives, partner sponsorships, customer gatherings and team celebrations. You own every event from first idea to final debrief. Each one should feel unmistakably Greenspoon: warm, honest, proudly Kenyan, and good for people and planet.
What You'll Do
Plan and deliver events end to end, including concept, budget, vendors, permits, run-of-show and close-out.
Put our producers in the spotlight through tastings, pop-ups and showcases that connect customers to the people behind the products.
Run our presence at partner events, such as marathons and festivals, so the brand feels generous and consistent.
Coordinate community initiatives, from donation drives to school-supply campaigns, with care and follow-through.
Organise team moments that keep our culture strong, from the monthly nyama choma to milestone celebrations.
Design every experience with sustainability in mind. Source locally, cut waste and choose reusable over disposable.
Work with the marketing team to capture each event in photos, video and stories, and to plan the build-up and the follow-up.
Track budgets, guest feedback and results. Report what worked and what to improve.
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in events, hospitality, brand activations or community programming.
Sharp organisation. You keep many moving parts on track, and you stay calm when plans change.
An eye for detail and taste. You notice the small things that make a guest feel welcome.
Warmth with people, whether guests, producers, partners or teammates.
Confident vendor negotiation and budget management.
Real interest in food, Kenyan makers and sustainable living.
Comfort working weekends and evenings when events call for it.
