Creative & Campaign Design Associate

We are looking for a creative, versatile and commercially minded designer who can turn client briefs and ideas into compelling visual experiences across social media, branding, advertising campaigns, activations, TV, outdoor and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic and product illustration skills with content creation, proposal design and an understanding of advertising and media. You should be able to take an idea from concept → visualization → client presentation → production-ready artwork, ensuring the final execution matches the client’s vision and expectations.

Key capabilities:

·      Creative concept development & visual storytelling

·      Advanced graphic & product illustration/design

·      Social media & digital content creation

·      Advertising campaign and proposal/pitch design

·      Brand, activation, outdoor and experiential design

·      Production-ready artwork and mock-ups

·      Strong understanding of advertising, media and marketing

·      Excellent communication and ability to interpret client briefs

·      Design Tools & Platforms

Proficiency in several of the following is expected:

·      Adobe Suite

·      Canva – strong working knowledge

·      Figma – advantage

·      CapCut or similar video/content tools

·      AI creative tools – advantage

Most importantly: bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into designs that can actually be presented, approved and produced.
