Banqueting & Events Manager (Workspace Hospitality)

The Banqueting Manager will oversee all food, beverage, and hospitality operations for corporate events, conferences, and daily meeting room bookings across the client’s premium workspace centers. This role requires a highly organized hospitality professional who can deliver seamless, five-star service tailored to corporate professionals and executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Hospitality Operations: Plan, coordinate, and execute all banqueting and catering requirements for internal and external corporate events, board meetings, and networking sessions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of presentation, taste, and dietary compliance, maintaining the premium brand image of the workspaces.
• Team Leadership: Train, manage, and schedule banqueting staff, waitstaff, and on-site hospitality teams to ensure flawless service delivery.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers and corporate clients regarding catering menus, room setups, and special requests.
• Inventory & Budgeting: Manage F&B inventory, track departmental expenses, minimize wastage, and optimize profitability without compromising service quality.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen team and external catering partners to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all F&B items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in banqueting, event management, or F&B operations, preferably within a luxury hotel, premium members' club, or corporate hospitality environment.
• Strong financial acumen for managing F&B budgets and inventory control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
